since 1999, Xavier became CEO in 2007. He has 11 years of experience in
the design of projects, and is involved in practices linked to the
financing, strategic audit and organization of innovation. Xavier has
drawn up several projects linked to the European cohesion policy (EDRF,
INTERREG) and European agricultural policy for rural development
(EADRF).

Olivier de
BARDONNECHE - Associated senior Consultant

Olivier has been associated consultant at
Vitamib since 1999. He is in charge of the different services related
to innovation financing. He has also carried out many missions along
with project coordinators and has participated to the design,
management, and financial follow-up of large collaborative projects.
Finally, Olivier is technical trainer for the course “European
collaborative project design” and hosts the information events
organized by VITAMIB all around France concerning specific funding
schemes (ICT call 4 and Research for SMEs).

Nicola GIANINAZZI -
Associated senior Consultant

Nicola has been associated consultant at
VITAMIB since 2002. He has carried out a lot of missions along with
SMEs, large companies and public research organizations in order to
implement innovative projects and has assisted the design and
management of national and international collaborative projects (FP,
EUROSTARS, EUREKA, INTERREG, FUI, ISI). Since 2009, Nicola has been
responsible for the export activities in our company and ensures the
commercialization of our services and tools all over Europe.

Gérard BRUGAL-
Senior consultant/ reviewer and expert to the European
Commission

Founder of VITAMIB and in house consultant,
Gérard has a strong scientific expertise. He is also an evaluator,
reviewer and expert to the European Commission. As research team leader
and coordinator of many projects with the industry for 20 years, Gérard
has built a strong practical experience. This allows him to make
project coordinators and administrative staff beneficiaries of a
cultural and practical experience with the organizational constraints
in the public and private research with the aim of rapidly integrating
the new perspectives of the Lisbon Agenda.

Hervé André DURAND
- Senior consultant

Hervé has been working for 20 years in R&D
and for the last 10 years in innovation management. He has joined
VITAMIB in 2009 and adviced clients in their international innovation
strategy, technology management and market exploring. His main
interests lie in technology transfer, marketing and intellectual
property exploitation.

Emmanuel MUHR -
Senior Consultant

Emmanuel has been consultant with VITAMIB
since 2003. Emmanuel is involved in the design and management of
innovation projects, and in the management of intellectual property and
its valorization for both public research organizations and SMEs. His
is also an external consultant to administrative and financial
departments of R&D, Emmanuel has participated to implement best
management practices fitting to collaborative projects.

Aurélie Arliaud -
Senior Consultant

For several years, Aurélie has been supporting
SMEs in their sustainable economic development through innovation. She
has a strong technological and economic expertise in ICT and she has
participated in review committees. With VITAMIB she provides guidance
to clients in the financing of innovation, particularly in the design
and management of national and European collaborative projects.

Christine ANDRE -
Consultant/Legal advisor

Chrisitne graduated as legal advisor in
International and European law, specialized in industrial and
intellectual property rights. She is consultant in the design and
management of national, transnational and European collaborative
projects. Since 2008, Christine has been driving the negotiation
process essential to reach to consortium agreements as required by the
EC (FP, EUROSTARS, FUI). Christine supports SMEs, Universities and
Public research organisations in their decisions and choices of
strategy regarding industrial property.

Aurélie Mercier -
Consultant

Aurélie has been consultant in setting-up and
management of research, development and innovation since 2010. She is
supporting stakeholders from public and private sectors (SMEs, big
groups, research centres, …) developing and managing their
collaborative innovation projects at national (Investissements
d’Avenir, Grand Emprunt, …) as well as at European levels (FP7 : CP,
CIP, CSA, Leonardo da Vinci ; Eurostars).

Jean-Paul BONVINI -
Computer engineer

Jean-Paul integrated VITAMIB in 2002 and
participated to the development of software Project netboard. He is
specialized in the conception and development of the data base and
modules for PNB. He is also VITAMIB’s Network administrator and is in
charge of the maintenance of our internet site and of the management of
the computer stock.

Jérôme MERMOZ -
Computer engineer

Since 2002, Jerome has been the architect of
the permanent development of Project netboard. As a technical point of
contact for the users of Project netboard, Jérôme has actively
participated in the follow-up of several projects (design and
management) as assistant project manager.

Nicole BROCHIER -
SME assistant

Nicole joined the team in 2008. Part of the
administrative staff of the Université Pierre Mendes France and then of
the Université Joseph Fourier in Grenoble, she has a strong experience
in administration support.
